Well, for starters, it caters to both beginners and experts, this guide explains to you all the important and necessary techniques, all step-by-step, with relevant screenshots and guides. Also, its presented in a very simplified manner so you’ll be able to grasp and follow the instructions easily.
T Dub’s guide is full with illustrations and basically holds you by the hand while he “leads” and shows you how the pros do it to level quickly and efficiently. Also, he covers all the essential aspects of the game and breaks it down systematically so it’s not too much information all at once.
This is an all-in-one guide, and he teaches you how to master all the expert strategies. Also, for a limited time only, he is also giving three bonus guides, which are extremely helpful, these being:

It is constantly updated by one of the top CityVille players, David Murray who was one of the first players to hit Level 50 in the game. His guide has good content as well as detailed instructions and strategies to show players how to go about to dominate the game.
Affordably priced at $27, this provides excellent value for money and you get excellent tips and secrets to help you level up at top speed and earn tons of coins and Cash thru layout optimization of your buildings and decorations.
Also, the CityVille Perfect guide comes with great pictures, illustrations and this makes it easy to understand.
Conclusion:
The CityVille Perfect guide is one of the few guides around with caters for beginners as well as experts who want to dominate the game easily. It has excellent content and easy to understand which makes it easy for the reader to do the tricks and techniques.
It still presents good value for money and you should consider this guide if you’re looking to excel in the game in no time, as early as tonight.

CityVille Blueprint has a technique to reel in neighbors effortlessly, and how to work with the active ones to ensure that they contribute to your city and help you level up insanely quick and at times, even without having to use any energy at all.

Experts who are looking for that extra tip or secret to help them dominate the later levels will find this a little lacking. This is because this guide only shows the very basics in the game and not much detail in how to level when in the higher levels.
This guide also has a money back guarantee should you find that it isn’t up to standard, so it’s pretty much a win-win situation for you as well.

This is one of the newer guides in Cityville. Therefore, I expected a lot more from this guide with regards to the levels and updates in the game but I found this slightly disappointing. For beginners, this is only a good step as an introduction to the game. Just like the Best Cityville guide, a lot of the material is not up to date and players in the mid or expert range would already know most of these information hence rendering this guide redundant.
Conclusion:
Cityville Domination is an average starting point for players with decent information but with relatively poor updates. Mid to expert players will find this guide very much lacking and frustrating.
